We only work with a limited number of paid digital advertising clients each quarter meaning we spend more time nurturing your accounts using an active management approach - we don’t do set and forget around here! We’re New Zealand based and keep our work in-house which means you’ll always be talking directly with the person who manages your account day to day.

 

 
 

Google Advertising Monthly Management

There’s no getting around it - Google Advertising is the best way to reach people who are already looking for your services!

  • We manage text, display and Google Shopping campaigns for small to medium businesses all over New Zealand & Australia.

  • To make sure the power stays in your hands we will always make you an administrator of your own account, giving you complete visibility of all work.

  • We work with all budgets and have no minimum terms or spend requirements

  • Google will bill you directly for advertising spend so you always have complete transparency - and we don’t clip the ticket

  • Book a call into our calendar & get to know us! After we discuss your goals and your current situation you decide whether you'd like us to send through our proposal.

    We include all of our assumptions and exclusions in our proposal - this means that if something crucial like your Google Analytics isn't setup we can flag that will be an additional fee or send you a link to DIY it.

    When you’ve signed your proposal we will flick you an invoice that includes the setup fee & your first month.

    We ask you to complete a brief that includes all the relevant information for your business including your account details, monthly budget, competitor information & any imagery for display advertising.

    If everything is good to go we should be able to jump into your accounts and get cracking.

    Or we may need to give you a list of tasks to complete like setting up your Analytics or Ad accounts if they aren't where you thought they were.

    Or you can get us to fix your accounts for you by agreeing to one of the bolt ons that are included in your proposal.

    At the end of your first full calendar month we’ll send you a report detailing your campaign performance.

    We expect you to tell us of any upcoming campaigns, stock issues or promotions so we can adapt our campaigns with plenty of time to spare.

    Otherwise we are pretty quiet folks who will only be in touch if something needs actioning. But you can book additional time whenever you like as a priority client.

  • We don't make you commit to a minimum term contract so our setup and strategy time is laid out transparently in our one-off setup fee

  • Our packages include a combination of the following key tasks:

    - Address low converting keywords

  • Once clients begin working with us they often begin to want to know more about their wider marketing performance - what else is working/not working and how do their other marketing actions compare to what is being achieved via digital ads. This is included in our Ecommerce Google Ads package, but can be added to any package - we’ll let you know if the questions you’re asking us each month fall into Marketing Performance Analysis and you can decide whether you want more reporting & guidance each month.

  • No, we are digital marketing ninjas and spend out time on your account, not on the phone.

    Once you have accepted your proposal & completed your brief you will hear from us when we need something.

    You will definitely hear from us regularly and we expect that you will let us know at the beginning of each calendar month what is going on in your business and wider marketing.

  • Yes we can! Book a call and we can create bespoke plan for you and your business.

  • We can never guarantee a return on investment on any campaign as there are too many variables at play. However we will always advise if we think you need to speak to a user experience expert or if your website performance is negatively impacting results.

    We also work on the basis that a customer or client is worth far more than the one sale we may generate from an individual via ads in a given month and we can discuss customer lifetime value with you.

What if I don’t have a marketing plan?

A marketing plan or strategy makes sure you are focusing on multiple channels and ensures that you are viewing the customer journey as a whole, rather than focusing on one tool as the solution to your sales woes. If you don't have a plan or strategy in place let's talk!

How much am I going to spend on ads?

Clever Social’s monthly management fees only cover our expertise each month. We’ll need to set a baseline budget together and scale up as we see results (or analyse your previous ad campaigns and go from there). There is no minimum spend requirement.

What results can I expect from my digital advertising investment?

There are so many variables that this is impossible to answer! However we can discuss with you the types of return we see from clients in your industry.

What are my payment options?

Bank transfer, credit card and direct debit. All invoices are due within 7 days.
