What to expect?

Ready to Start Now - We get you to complete an SEO brief outlining your goals and key competitiors. After analysing your requirements we send through a proposal for your sign off.

We then run an SEO report on your site and access your content to make the highest priority changes over a month. At the end of the month we provide you with an update and strategic guidance on what you need to consider moving forward to maintain or improve your rankings.

If you’re on our three month plan you will receive an update each month of progress & rankings as well as competitor rankings via email and you will be added to our reporting platform - so we keep an eye on your site for a total of six months and we’ll sing out if anything changes in that period.

If you’re an e-commerce business we start by working with you to come up with a priority product/brand list to focus on initially before moving onto the remainder of your site. We add you to our reporting platform which means we watch over your site for three months, and we let you know of any significant ranking or competitor changes during this time.

  • To make sure the power stays in your hands we will always make you an administrator of your own account, giving you complete visibility of all work.

  • We work with all budgets and have no minimum terms or spend requirements

  • We keep costs down by charging a one-off onboarding fee to ensure your campaigns, websites and analytics tools are setup correctly

  • Google will bill you directly for advertising spend so you always have complete transparency - and we don’t clip the ticket

What to expect?

Let's Start Now - We begin by collecting all of your requirements & expectations - after that we'll get in touch and recommend an option and approach that is best for you. If you're too busy for a chat, we can arrange this all via email, or book in a call at a time that suits you.

Our detailed brief makes it easy to gather all the relevant information for your business including your account details, monthly budget, competitor information & any imagery for display advertising.

Once the brief is completed, we will confirm our approach and get your official sign off!

Once signed off we will access your Google Analytics & Google Advertising accounts and may setup Google Merchant Centre or Google Tag Manager depending on your website & campaign requirements.

If you don’t have these accounts setup already - we’ll create them for you, and add you as an administrator.

At the end of your first full calendar month we’ll send you a report detailing what happened and what we aim to achieve in the following month.

When it comes to Facebook Campaigns we work a little differently! Our aim is to create winning campaigns & identify strategies before passing these back to you, the business owner!

  • We don’t work on client campaigns for longer than three months - ideal for product/project launches or to get us to do the grunt work before handing you our findings

What to expect?

Let's Start Now - Complete your requirements & expectations in our briefing document. We’ll get in touch to assess your current skill set and discuss any previous Facebook Advertising campaigns.

Our brief is designed to make it easy to gather all the relevant information for your business including your account details, monthly budget, competitor information & any imagery.

I’m Rachel, and I’m a passionate digital marketer based just north of Auckland, New Zealand.

Clever Social was created in 2017 because I was tired of working with marketing agencies using unethical tactics to secure small business clients -  by making them feel overwhelmed and insecure about their ability to manage their own marketing.

I love working with women in small business, who understand the value of their time and who are prepared to do the hard work to get shit done!

FAQ

What if I don’t have a marketing plan?

A marketing plan or strategy makes sure you are focusing on multiple channels and ensures that you are viewing the customer journey as a whole, rather than focusing on one tool as the solution to your sales woes. If this is you, then let’s talk!

How much am I going to spend on ads?

Clever Social’s monthly management fees only cover our expertise each month. We’ll need to set a baseline budget together and scale up as we see results (or analyse your previous ad campaigns and go from there). There is no minimum spend requirement and you will be billed by Google or Facebook directly for advertising services.

What results can I expect from my digital advertising investment?

There are so many variables that this is impossible to answer! However we can discuss with you the types of return we see from clients in your industry.

What results can I expect from SEO?

We will improve your SEO score but we have no control over the work your competitors are doing in the SEO space. We work to ensure your site is fully optimised and focus on critical fixes. We recommend ongoing website content planning that will increase your SEO but this is not a service we provide (we can recommend some fab content specialists!)

What are my payment options?

Bank transfer, credit card and GenoaPay. All invoices are due within 7 days.
