What to expect?
Start by booking a call straight into my calendar, from there we will discuss what you need to achieve and I will send you a proposal to accept.
Once you've accepted your proposal you'll be sent an invoice with payment terms of 7 days.
What kind of projects can I book your brain for?
Anything that touches email marketing, Facebook marketing, Google or your website really! Setting up automations and integrations is where I thrive so if you want to connect a few tools together and make sure information is flowing, then I am girl. If you have recently acquired a business there are loads of digital assets that are often forgotten about especially when it comes to Facebook, so I will untangle everything, make sure the right people have access to your business accounts and come up with a migration plan for anything owned by the previous business owner. I will liase with Facebook directly to sort out page name changes or other details.
I'd prefer to book you by the hour - is that possible?
Yes - most projects I work on have a minimum investment of 5 hours. I have limited slots available for consulting and my one-off 1hr appointments fill up a month in advance. Coaching is often the best option for any ongoing advisory and offers you much more value. However if you really truly only want an hour a month that is an option too!

What if I book your brain for a project and it takes longer than initially thought?
Look sometimes there are unforseen & expectional circumstances, if a project is going to blow out due to details you did not provide us, we will chat about what is fair & reasonable for both parties.
How much of your time do I get each month?
We're an outcomes based business so we will talk about reasonable outcomes to achieve each month rather than hours
What results can I expect from my digital advertising investment?
There are so many variables that this is impossible to answer! However we can discuss with you the types of return we see from clients in your industry.
What are my payment options?
Bank transfer, credit card and GenoaPay. All invoices are due within 7 days.
